About PierogiCon

PierogiCon is an excuse to eat Pierogi with friends or anything resembling a Pierogi. Held annually at a PyCon, featuring pierogi tastings, contests, and more.

What started as a simple love for dumplings has grown into a community of pierogi enthusiasts who gather to celebrate this beloved food in all its forms.

What counts as a pierogi?

If it's dough wrapped around a filling, we're interested. Pierogi, gyoza, mandu, empanadas, samosas, ravioli, momo — all are welcome at PierogiCon. We celebrate dumplings in every shape and from every culture.
